Project for Texas Monthly Central Texas for Real Legends:

The project focused on the most legendary barbecue joints in Texas. Smitty’s Market in Lockhart, Snow’s BBQ in Lexington, and Louie Mueller Barbecue in Taylor.

With smoke in my eyes, I got to spend time with these pit incredible masters and got to document all the dedication, love and grit that goes into one of Texas’s greatest past time.
